Websites are like people. They are all different and special in their own way.
I am the founder of Jaimee Designs, the newest website design business on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, serving Moss Point, Pascagoula, Gautier, Ocean Springs, Biloxi, D'Iberville, Gulfport, Long Beach, Pass Christian and the rest of the world. Because of my degree in journalism, I broke into the web building world through writing, but soon found the actual creation of websites equally fascinating. I spent a year learning graphic design and html coding and using my skills to dream, create, and then manage websites for a local advertising agency. It's the first job I've ever had that I absolutely loved, in fact, I didn't even see it as a job. Website work is more like a hobby, it's that fun. So I decided to start my own business.
Web work isn't my only passion, though. My other field of expertise is in the media realm. I freelance report, write press releases, and provide media consulting for a local non-profit organization.
For the most part, I work solo on website design projects, however, for the larger projects, I hire a few programmers to help lessen the load. On a personal note....
I live in Moss Point, MS with my husband, Xavier and our 1 year old son, Micah. When I'm not working (which is hardly ever since I really do love my job), I enjoy reading, dancing, traveling, and catching up on some "girl" time with my friends.
